1. The seller

2. Products & orders

• Every product is a hand-crocheted plush, made to order just for you.
• Because each piece is handmade, individual bees may differ slightly from the photos (color, weave, size). That's the natural charm of handmade work.
• You place an order by adding a product to your cart and completing checkout.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna where available).

4. Fulfillment & shipping

Each bee is made to order, so production takes a few business days depending on the queue. Shipping within the United States is free. See our Shipping page for details.

5. Returns

Because products are made to order, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. See our Returns & Refunds page. Damaged or faulty items are always covered.

6. Privacy

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
