Every Maya Bee is crocheted by hand and made to order, just for you. Because each one is a custom, made-to-order item, we don't accept returns for a simple change of mind.
That said, what matters most is that you're happy. We're a tiny studio, not a big company — if anything is wrong when your bee arrives, just email us. We'll always try to find a good solution.
Damaged or faulty items
If your bee arrives damaged or has a defect, you're always covered. Email pszczolkamaja2006pl@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll repair, replace, or refund it.
